Opinion 4 August - 15 July, 2023
Dear reader,
Allow me to share with you my thoughts and opinions concerning the
situation as is right now in Iran suffering under the despotic regime of
the shia clergy, the judiciary and all the other followers of Khamenei.
It is hard to choose what to write about first but I've just read an
article published by Iranwire, a more than trustworthy expat online and
daily news website - NCRI - Womens News Agency - July 30, 2023
<<Corrupt Educational System in Iran and its Troubling Impact on PIRLS
and TIMSS Test Results>....
Read all about it here:

And it is true but let's not forget about the impact the wave of
poisoning of schoolgirls that has terrorized the schoolgirls for months
since March 2023 and 'till July 2023 when it all of a sudden seems to
have stopped. But I'm afraid the masterminds behind it, the above named,
have moved their frontlines to
...
The aimed attempts to genocide the Baha'i faithfull and this through a
constant wave of arrests, prosecutions including 'court-hearings'
without the accused having the rights to be defended by by them trusted
lawyers nor lawyers accepted by the courts and a constant wave of
hangings. And yes, the goal of this all not only is to completely
eliminate the Baha'is but even a complete genocide. And the worst is
that the world community stays quiet. It looks like history is going to
repeat itself again and I refer of course to the native Indians in the
Americas, Canada and Australia and other parts of the world but of
course also to WW2 and the attempted genocide of the Jewish people and
its religion.
For people who know only little about the Baha'i Faith: The Baha'í Faith
is a religion founded in the 19th century that teaches the essential
worth of all religions and the unity of all people. Established by
Baha'u'llah, it initially developed in Iran and parts of the Middle
East, where it has faced ongoing persecution since its inception. The
religion is estimated to have five to eight million adherents, known as
Baha'ís, spread throughout most of the world's countries and
territories.

Note also that <... the Baha' preaches also on the equality of men and
women,...>
...
But the frontlines have also moved towards the what I call and with
utmost respect the intellectual professionals i.e. professors, teachers,
(screenplay- play- fiction and non-fiction writers and actors, poets
etc.) and especially journalists and of course their students and more
especially targetted are women. Also here there's an ongoing wave of
terror, arrests, convictions and even attemps of killing the ones
arrested by poisoning.
...
Jina Mahsa Amini
With the commemoration day nearing of her killing and death by
the basij for apparently wearing her hijab wrongfully the hunt on the
what I call the 'No-hijabis' who refuse to rules of the mandatory hijab
is open and too many have been either arrested or flogged or fined with
enourmous sums or worse and apart from them the hunt is also open on
lawyers defending human rights as well as on Kurdish activists and
protesters in general.
I almost cannot believe when I read all the news but it's true, the
judiciary i.e. the Mullahs don't respect the souls of the death. Allah I
pray, protect her soul and also for the lawyers and the Kurdish
activists and protesters for any crime that most likely may be done
against them.
But remember my words: the closer the day is nearing when thousands if
not hundreds of thousands Iranians will go to the streets to memorize
Jina Mahsa Amini (an Iranian-Kurd) and her heinous killing by a basij.
In this I humbly invite you to participate at a commemorating poetry and
art event of which the results for now will be presented at the website
i.e. online magazine of Cryfree.net
At present I'm already and of course searching for possibilities to
present all in real time.

And speaking of the Hijab now more and called the The Maghna'eh meaning
that the mullahs and judiciary more and more are now also demanding that
women not only cover their hairs but now also their faces, arms and
wrists and ankles meaning more and more is moving towards how Aghanistan
is today under the despotic rule of the taliban and also here the hunt
on the defiant women who refuse to follow those ridiculous rules and
demands are getting harscher than before.

<<Iranian Sunni Cleric Denounces <Coercive Measures> Against Women
without Hijab
Iran's most prominent Sunni cleric criticized the Islamic Republic's
brutal enforcement of mandatory veiling, saying in his Friday sermon
that the vicious tactics used to force women and girls into covering
their hair in public are fueling civil disobedience. Molavi Abdulhamid,
the Friday prayer leader of Zahedan, made the comments on July 21, as
residents of the restive south-eastern city returned to the streets for
weekly protests against Iran's clerical establishment. In an act of
defiance against the ideology and laws of the Islamic Republic, a
growing number of women have appeared in public without hijab since
nationwide protests erupted in September last year. Some defiant women
were arrested, summoned by the authorities and faced legal cases, while
hundreds of small businesses and shopping malls were shut down for
allegedly failing to enforce hijab rules on their customers. <A large
portion of these women believe in wearing the hijab, but they are
dissatisfied and angry, and they want to express their civil
disobedience by removing the hijab,> Molavi, a key dissenting voice
inside Iran since the outbreak of last year's protests, said in his July
21 sermon. <If we want the hijab to be respected, imprisoning, detaining
and beating will not achieve that goal,> the 76-year-old outspoken
cleric added. <Even if it appears to work, it will only be temporary.>
In remarks posted on his Twitter page last week, Molavi said that
<coercive measures like compelling women to wear hijab and shutting down
businesses have yielded no positive results; instead, they have fueled
more dissatisfaction and unrest.> He offered an alternative approach
using tact, wisdom and respect for women's choices.>>
